Cross Country Summer Workout Plans

Flat Rock Cross Country Workouts
Workouts are open to high school and middle school students
When: June 19th - June 30th Mondays and Thursdays from 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM.
July 10th - August 4th Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM.
Where: Meet in the Bobcean Elementary parking lot. Be Early!
What to bring: Your own water, tennis shoes, and a hard working Flat Rock attitude!

Mini Cheer Camp Sign Up
Come cheer with the Flat Rock Community High School cheerleaders! Learn the basics of cheerleading such as: cheers, jumps, gymnastics, stunting, and more at this THREE DAY mini cheer camp! Then, come back in the fall and cheer at a Varsity Football Game! Open to ages 5-12.
Camp Date & Time: Tuesday-Thursday, August 15th-17th, 5:00-7:00 p.m.
Camp Location: Old High School Gym *Please wear shorts, t-shirt, and tennis shoes. Bring water!*

2022-23 Varsity Athletics Award Night

The Flat Rock Community Schools Athletic Department would like to invite you to our Varsity Athletics Award Night on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. in the high school auditorium. The evening will begin with our coaches recognizing their varsity teams, and any student athlete on their team who earned individual honors/awards. We will then recognize our Huron League All Academic student athletes for the 22/23 season. New additions to the program starting this year will be our Team and Individual Principal’s Awards presented by the building principal Mr. Wilde, and a Female & Male Athlete of the Year Award presented by Mr. Clair and Mr. Wagner. The evening will close by recognizing our student athletes who will be continuing their athletic careers at the collegiate level. Please join us in honoring and recognizing all the hard work and dedication of our 2022 - 2023 varsity student athletes.
